These Terms & Conditions outline important information about shopping with us at www.facetcollections.com.
1. Our Collection
FACET COLLECTIONS offers natural crystals, rocks and minerals, including rough specimens, clusters, polished stones and individual mineral pieces.
Each specimen is shaped by nature and may feature variations in colour, transparency, inclusions, texture, formation and surface markings.
These natural characteristics are part of what makes our collection distinctive.
Where a product is described as an individual specimen, you will receive the exact piece photographed. Where products are sold as assorted pieces, any variation will be explained in the listing.
We aim to represent our products accurately. Slight colour differences may occur due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
2. Product Descriptions and Measurements
We take care to provide accurate product photographs, descriptions, weights and dimensions.
Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Natural inclusions, variations and formations are not necessarily defects. However, nothing in these Terms limits your rights where goods are faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Any applicable GST is included where required by law.
Payments are processed securely through the available payment methods shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct genuine listing or pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund where the order cannot proceed as agreed.
4. Orders and Availability
Many pieces in the FACET COLLECTIONS range are one-of-a-kind specimens or available in limited quantities.
We endeavour to maintain accurate inventory information.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative where available or a refund.
5. Australian Shipping
We currently ship within Australia.
Our shipping rates are:

Standard Australian shipping: $15 per order.

Complimentary Australian shipping: Orders of $150 or more.
The free-shipping threshold applies to the eligible product subtotal after any applicable discounts and excluding shipping charges.
Shipping costs are confirmed during checkout.
We carefully pack our crystals, rocks and minerals to help protect delicate formations and natural surfaces during transit.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location, the parcel and the delivery provider. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
We want every FACET COLLECTIONS order to arrive safely and as described.
If an item arrives damaged, is missing or is incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Include your order number and photographs of the affected item and packaging to help us investigate.
We will work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Your purchases are protected by Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, the appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer guarantees.
We do not generally offer returns for a simple change of mind, although we may consider individual requests at our discretion.
Natural variations disclosed in a product listing are not automatically considered faults.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Caring for Your Crystals
Different crystals and minerals have different physical properties and care requirements.
Some specimens may be sensitive to water, direct sunlight, heat, moisture, chemicals or physical handling.
We encourage customers to follow the care guidance provided with their products and to handle delicate specimens carefully.
Cleansing suggestions, including moonlight and incense smoke, are optional traditional practices. Not every physical cleaning method is suitable for every mineral.
9. Metaphysical Associations
FACET COLLECTIONS celebrates the natural beauty of crystals and the symbolic meanings traditionally associated with them.
References to chakras, grounding, protection, clarity, calm, harmony and other metaphysical properties reflect traditional beliefs and personal spiritual practices.
These associations are not scientifically established therapeutic effects.
Our products and information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition, nor are they a substitute for professional health advice.
We invite customers to explore the beauty and personal meaning of each specimen in their own way.
